Un grave episodio de violencia intrafamiliar <\/b>sacudi\u00f3 a Villa Elvira<\/b>, en la ciudad de La Plata<\/b><\/span>, cuando un hombre dispar\u00f3 contra el auto en el que viajaba su hermana junto a otros familiares<\/b>. <\/p>\n

El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el viernes pasado y termin\u00f3 con el acusado detenido tras un allanamiento<\/b> realizado por la Polic\u00eda Bonaerense<\/b> en su domicilio. El incidente dej\u00f3 una secuencia de amenazas, disparos y tensi\u00f3n, aunque afortunadamente no se registraron heridos.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la denuncia presentada por la mujer de 33 a\u00f1os, el conflicto se desat\u00f3 cuando se dispon\u00eda a retirarse de una vivienda ubicada en la intersecci\u00f3n de las calles<\/b> 80 y 3<\/b>. En ese momento, observ\u00f3 a su hermano salir armado a la vereda<\/b>. Las amenazas verbales precedieron a los disparos: el acusado efectu\u00f3 al menos tres detonaciones<\/b> contra el autom\u00f3vil Fiat Punto<\/b> donde se encontraba la denunciante junto a otras personas de la familia.<\/p>\n

Una de las balas destroz\u00f3 una de las ruedas traseras del veh\u00edculo, mientras que otra impact\u00f3 en una de las puertas<\/b>. Pese a la cercan\u00eda de los disparos y la agresi\u00f3n directa, ninguna de las personas presentes result\u00f3 herida. <\/b><\/p>\n

Tras la denuncia y seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el portal 0221,<\/i> la Justicia dispuso tareas investigativas<\/b> que derivaron en la orden de allanamiento sobre la vivienda del acusado.<\/b> El procedimiento fue ejecutado el s\u00e1bado por personal de la Polic\u00eda Bonaerense<\/b>, quienes localizaron al hombre dentro de la propiedad, aparentemente atrincherado tras el ataque.<\/b><\/p>\n

Durante la requisa, los agentes encontraron al sospechoso armado: portaba en la cintura un rev\u00f3lver calibre 22 cargado con ocho municiones<\/b>. Adem\u00e1s, se incautaron otras armas en el domicilio, incluyendo un pistol\u00f3n marca Rexto<\/b>, una escopeta doble ca\u00f1o calibre 16<\/b>, 43 proyectiles calibre 22<\/b> y 10 cartuchos de escopeta<\/b>. Todo el material qued\u00f3 secuestrado como evidencia en el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El acusado, de 40 a\u00f1os<\/b>, fue detenido en el lugar y trasladado a disposici\u00f3n de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n N\u00b0 6 de La Plata<\/b>. Ahora, la fiscal\u00eda deber\u00e1 analizar la situaci\u00f3n procesal del detenido y determinar los pr\u00f3ximos pasos judiciales.<\/p>\n

Las fuentes consultadas se\u00f1alaron que exist\u00edan antecedentes de disputas familiares<\/b> entre el agresor y la v\u00edctima, lo que habr\u00eda motivado el accionar violento.<\/p>\n

Un tenso episodio tuvo lugar durante la madrugada del s\u00e1bado en La Plata, donde un sospechoso de 22 a\u00f1os protagoniz\u00f3 un tiroteo contra el frente de una casa ubicada en la localidad de Ensenada<\/b>. El hecho, captado por un testigo, fue denunciado al 911 y deriv\u00f3 en un operativo policial en el que el joven result\u00f3 detenido. Tras identificarlo, se constat\u00f3 que ten\u00eda un pedido de captura vigente.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan informaron fuentes policiales a Infobae, el operativo se despleg\u00f3 en las calles 127 entre 40 y 41 de El Dique. A dicha intersecci\u00f3n se moviliz\u00f3 personal del Grupo Motorizado Departamental, junto con efectivos de la Comisar\u00eda Tercera y el Comando de Patrulla, que localizaron al sospechoso, identificado como R.G.H. Sin embargo, al advertir la presencia policial, el joven intent\u00f3 huir, motivando un despliegue mayor.<\/p>\n

Mientras intentaba escapar, el tirador ingres\u00f3 por una zona de dif\u00edcil acceso e intent\u00f3 esconderse en una casa. Pero los agentes, que lo segu\u00edan de cerca, captaron su maniobra, ingresaron a la vivienda y lo interceptaron. All\u00ed el sospechoso qued\u00f3 reducido por los polic\u00edas y fue detenido.<\/p>\n

Durante el procedimiento, los efectivos incautaron un rev\u00f3lver calibre 22 largo, color gris, con un cartucho intacto<\/b>.
