Los Menores<\/b><\/i><\/span> contra un joven al que intentaron matar en septiembre de 2023. La condena confirm\u00f3 su rol en la tentativa de homicidio, mientras la causa tambi\u00e9n revel\u00f3 una presunta red de protecci\u00f3n policial <\/b>a favor de la banda narco. <\/p>\nEl fallo fue dictado por el juez Alejandro Cardinale, quien declar\u00f3 culpable<\/b> al joven de 24 a\u00f1os como part\u00edcipe necesario de homicidio agravado por el uso de arma de fuego<\/b> en grado de tentativa. De acuerdo con La Capital<\/i>, el fiscal Jos\u00e9 Luis Caterina sostuvo que Cabrera fue quien cit\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima en la esquina de Schweitzer y Garc\u00eda del Cossio para entregarla a los atacantes.<\/p>\n
La secuencia ocurri\u00f3 el 22 de septiembre de 2023<\/b>, cuando el muchacho fue convocado junto con un amigo para realizar un trabajo de alba\u00f1iler\u00eda y termin\u00f3 frente a un grupo que intent\u00f3 asesinarlo a balazos<\/b>. El plan inclu\u00eda adem\u00e1s incriminar a otra organizaci\u00f3n criminal dedicada al narcomenudeo. El joven logr\u00f3 sobrevivir porque se arroj\u00f3 al arroyo Ludue\u00f1a <\/b>y grit\u00f3 pretendiendo que lo hab\u00edan herido con el disparo. <\/p>\n
M\u00e1s tarde, cuando sali\u00f3 del agua, fue llevado a una comisar\u00eda y all\u00ed reconoci\u00f3 a un polic\u00eda <\/b>al que identific\u00f3 como un agente que cobraba a Los Menores por proteger puntos de venta de droga<\/b>. Esa denuncia deriv\u00f3 en la detenci\u00f3n de Fernando Abel Molina, un oficial al que el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Acusaci\u00f3n imput\u00f3 poco despu\u00e9s del inicio de la investigaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n

Antes de eso, el joven hab\u00eda ingresado a la seccional 17 y dijo que no quer\u00eda denunciar por miedo<\/b>. Despu\u00e9s explic\u00f3 que uno de los polic\u00edas que estaba all\u00ed recib\u00eda un pago mensual de Los Menores en el b\u00fanker donde lo hab\u00edan forzado a vender drogas durante meses. La Agencia de Control Policial lo arrest\u00f3 ese mismo d\u00eda y luego fue imputado por cohecho, incumplimiento de los deberes de funcionario p\u00fablico, encubrimiento agravado, desobediencias y amenazas<\/b>.<\/p>\n
La v\u00edctima afirm\u00f3 que los hombres que la llevaron hasta la vera del arroyo gritaban que pertenec\u00edan a Los Romero, una banda de la zona norte de Rosario vinculada al narcomenudeo y asentada en distintos barrios de ese sector. Aun as\u00ed, el muchacho asegur\u00f3 que sab\u00eda que en realidad se trataba de integrantes de Los Menores.<\/p>\n
Seg\u00fan la declaraci\u00f3n del joven, estaba seguro que se trataba de la banda Los Menores ya que ten\u00eda experiencia previa<\/b>. Dijo que hab\u00eda sido obligado a trabajar para esa organizaci\u00f3n en un b\u00fanker ubicado cerca del cruce de Juan B. Justo y Olmos. All\u00ed, sostuvo, estuvo retenido contra su voluntad: \u201cMe ten\u00edan obligado y vi muchas cosas<\/b>. Nombres de personas y movimientos\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201c\u00c9ramos un par de pibes que est\u00e1bamos as\u00ed. Recuerdo que una vez me quise escapar<\/b>, me pegaron una pistola en la cara y me rompieron la ceja. Tuve que curarme solo. Me puse un poco de Poxipol en la ceja para que se me cierre la herida y me quedaron cicatrices\u201d, cont\u00f3 el testigo a La Capital<\/i>.<\/p>\n
El joven relat\u00f3 lo vivido mientras la banda lo tuvo contra su voluntad: \u201cPas\u00f3 el tiempo y un d\u00eda el tipo que me cuidaba, recuerdo que estaba re drogado<\/b>, tuvo un problema porque le faltaba droga no s\u00e9 d\u00f3nde. Yo aprovech\u00e9 y con una pinza romp\u00ed el candado en donde me ten\u00edan encerrado y me escap\u00e9<\/b>\u201d. Despu\u00e9s de esa fuga, el joven asegur\u00f3 que no volvi\u00f3 a tener contacto con esas personas hasta el 14 de septiembre, cuando recibi\u00f3 un mensaje en su cuenta de Instagram. <\/p>\n
