La Justicia dict\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/b> para el polic\u00eda de la Ciudad acusado de matar a un vecino durante un enfrentamiento en Villa Lugano<\/b><\/span>. As\u00ed, el oficial, identificado como D.G.M., seguir\u00e1 detenido mientras avanza la causa que investiga la muerte de Juan Gabriel Gonz\u00e1lez<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en la tarde del 25 de diciembre en la intersecci\u00f3n de Chilavert y Araujo. Ese d\u00eda, personal policial lleg\u00f3 al barrio tras un llamado al 911 por disturbios en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/b><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan los registros de la causa, la situaci\u00f3n se torn\u00f3 violenta cuando los agentes arribaron al lugar y se encontraron con un grupo de personas que arrojaba objetos. Entre ellas estaba Gonz\u00e1lez, quien seg\u00fan la reconstrucci\u00f3n judicial, se encontraba desarmado y con el torso descubierto.<\/b><\/p>\n

En medio de la tensi\u00f3n, se produjo un enfrentamiento entre los uniformados y varios vecinos. A partir de las filmaciones aportadas por los propios habitantes del barrio y los testimonios incorporados, se determin\u00f3 que D.G.M. dispar\u00f3 una escopeta antidisturbios a menos de cinco metros de Gonz\u00e1lez<\/b>, impact\u00e1ndolo en la zona derecha del abdomen.<\/p>\n

La autopsia posterior confirm\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima muri\u00f3 por las heridas causadas por el disparo de munici\u00f3n m\u00faltiple.<\/p>\n

Tras recibir el disparo, Gonz\u00e1lez cay\u00f3 en la vereda y fue asistido por allegados hasta la llegada de la ambulancia del SAME, que lo traslad\u00f3 a\u00fan con vida al Hospital Pi\u00f1ero. All\u00ed, la v\u00edctima falleci\u00f3 poco despu\u00e9s de ingresar.<\/p>\n

Luego de varios d\u00edas de investigaci\u00f3n, previo a A\u00f1o Nuevo, la Justicia orden\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de D.G.M.<\/span> en su domicilio de la localidad Billinghurst, en el partido de San Mart\u00edn. El oficial fue trasladado a una dependencia policial.<\/p>\n

D.G.M. dio su versi\u00f3n de lo sucedido<\/b>. En la indagatoria dijo que, al llegar a la escena, vio a Gonz\u00e1lez golpeando a sus compa\u00f1eros, por lo que decidi\u00f3 \u201crealizar un disparo para dispersar su acci\u00f3n\u201d. Seg\u00fan asegur\u00f3, su intenci\u00f3n fue tirar hacia las chapas de una parrilla y as\u00ed lo hizo.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cLa v\u00edctima estaba muy sacada, era imposible reducirlo. Por eso tiro hacia la chapa, para que \u00e9l se asuste y deponga su actitud\u201d, explic\u00f3. Sin embargo -siempre de acuerdo a su relato- en ese momento sinti\u00f3 otra detonaci\u00f3n, mucho m\u00e1s fuerte.<\/b><\/p>\n

Frente al fiscal del caso, el imputado afirm\u00f3 que el balazo que mat\u00f3 al vecino sali\u00f3 del arma de una agente femenina de la Unidad de Pacificaci\u00f3n Barrial<\/b>, a la que pudo identificar en uno de los videos del hecho.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del testimonio, el fallo del Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional N\u00b020 describi\u00f3 que el accionar del polic\u00eda se dio en un contexto de abuso de su funci\u00f3n, sin una situaci\u00f3n de leg\u00edtima defensa ni riesgo inminente que justificara el uso del arma<\/b>. El disparo mortal fue efectuado a corta distancia y en direcci\u00f3n al abdomen de la v\u00edctima, de acuerdo a lo que describe la resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Hay que recordar que en la causa tambi\u00e9n hab\u00edan sido acusados allegados a Gonz\u00e1lez, entre ellos un hijo, su pareja y un vecino<\/b>. Puntualmente, la causa los vinculaba con hechos de resistencia a la autoridad y agresiones hacia los efectivos policiales que intervinieron en el operativo. No obstante, quedaron sobrese\u00eddos <\/b>y desvinculados del expediente por decisi\u00f3n del juez Hugo Decar\u00eda<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de ordenar su prisi\u00f3n preventiva mientras sigue la investigaci\u00f3n por homicidio agravado, el magistrado tambi\u00e9n dispuso el embargo de los bienes del polic\u00eda acusado por una suma superior a los 100 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan supo este medio, Gonz\u00e1lez viv\u00eda en el lugar desde hace varios a\u00f1os y estaba en pareja con Nelly desde hace 25. Era padre de Dante, de 14 a\u00f1os, y de otro joven, de 24. Trabajaba de pintor y se dedicaba a la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u201cNunca tuvo problemas con nadie, era muy buen compa\u00f1ero, muy buen amigo, muy buen vecino, muy familiero y trabajador. Iba de su casa al trabajo, del trabajo a su casa\u201d, cont\u00f3 a Infobae<\/b> la abogada Romina \u00c1vila<\/b>, quien representa a su familia.<\/p>\n
