Eso significa una hora menos de sue\u00f1o este fin de semana.<\/p>\n<p>Reiniciar el reloj interno de tu cuerpo para estos cambios estacionales puede ser un reto para quienes tienen dificultades para dormirse.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso la Dra. Sudha Tallavajhula, m\u00e9dica especializada en medicina del sue\u00f1o en Houston, recomienda algunos ajustes inmediatos en tu rutina de sue\u00f1o y vigilia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abHay pruebas s\u00f3lidas de que la privaci\u00f3n de sue\u00f1o en torno al horario de verano puede tener efectos negativos para la salud\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 en un comunicado de prensa de UT Health Houston. \u00abSi es posible, retrasa tu ciclo de sue\u00f1o natural 15 minutos cada d\u00eda.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ajustar aunque sea uno o dos d\u00edas esta semana ayudar\u00e1, dijo Tallavajhula.<\/p>\n<p>Pon tu despertador 15 minutos antes cada d\u00eda y abre las cortinas para exponerte a la luz solar. Es \u00abel guardi\u00e1n m\u00e1s eficaz de nuestros ritmos circadianos\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes tomar una dosis baja de melatonina &#8212; de 3 a 5 miligramos &#8212; si necesitas un poco m\u00e1s de ayuda.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los adultos necesitan entre siete y nueve horas de sue\u00f1o cada noche; adolescentes, de ocho a diez horas; ni\u00f1os m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes en edad escolar, de nueve a doce horas; y ni\u00f1os en edad preescolar, de 10 a 13 a\u00f1os, dijo Tallavajhula.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLo m\u00e1s importante que puedes hacer para tu sue\u00f1o es seguir un horario constante, dentro de las limitaciones pr\u00e1cticas\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de unas ocho horas antes de acostarse, evita la cafe\u00edna.
