Tenemos m\u00e1s bacterias y virus en el cuerpo que c\u00e9lulas\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Durante su columna semanal en <span class=\"waslinkname\"><b>Infobae en Vivo<\/b><\/span>, el m\u00e9dico especialista en medicina del estr\u00e9s propuso considerar a los microorganismos que forman la microbiota como \u201c<b>nuestras mascotas<\/b>\u201d y enfatiz\u00f3: <b>\u201cVamos a hablar de qu\u00e9 darles de comer para que ellas est\u00e9n bien y nos hagan felices a nosotros\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la charla con el equipo de <b>Infobae a las Nueve<\/b>, integrado por <b>Gonzalo S\u00e1nchez, Tatiana Schapiro, Ram\u00f3n Indart y Cecilia Boufflet<\/b>, Rosetti precis\u00f3 que la microbiota intestinal es una colonia de microorganismos que resulta esencial: \u201cNos dan la posibilidad de tener un <b>intestino sano<\/b>, s\u00edntesis de neurotransmisores adecuados, buena <b>comunicaci\u00f3n entre el intestino y el cerebro<\/b>, y un<b> sistema inmunol\u00f3gico sano\u201d<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>Subray\u00f3 que incluso la producci\u00f3n de vitaminas como la B y la K depende de este delicado equilibrio microbiano.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lobosnews.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/como-cuidar-la-microbiota-con-alimentos-prebioticos-y-probioticos.jpg\" alt=\"El cardi\u00f3logo Daniel L\u00f3pez Rosetti resalta la importancia de la microbiota para mantener la salud intestinal y general del organismo \" height=\"526\" width=\"1057\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>Los factores que da\u00f1an la microbiota y c\u00f3mo detectarlo en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda<\/h2>\n<p>El cardi\u00f3logo advirti\u00f3 sobre los principales enemigos de la microbiota: <b>\u201cEl estr\u00e9s, los medicamentos, la mala alimentaci\u00f3n, el sedentarismo, el tabaco y el alcohol da\u00f1an tus mascotas\u201d<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>Insisti\u00f3 en la necesidad de evitar los ultraprocesados y record\u00f3 una frase de Hip\u00f3crates: <b>\u201cToda enfermedad comienza en el intestino\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Rosetti propuso un experimento sencillo para tomar conciencia del impacto de la dieta: \u201cCom\u00e9 mal a prop\u00f3sito, mucha grasa saturada, ultraprocesados, y vas a ver c\u00f3mo te sent\u00eds las veinticuatro horas despu\u00e9s. Prob\u00e1 lo contrario: frutas, verduras, mucha agua, menos calor\u00edas, y despu\u00e9s fijate c\u00f3mo te sent\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Una gu\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica de alimentos prebi\u00f3ticos y probi\u00f3ticos<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lobosnews.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/como-cuidar-la-microbiota-con-alimentos-prebioticos-y-probioticos-1.jpg\" alt=\"Adoptar una alimentaci\u00f3n variada basada en productos frescos y naturales fomenta una microbiota sana y una mejor calidad de vida (Imagen Ilustrativa Infobae)\" height=\"816\" width=\"1456\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>Alimentos prebi\u00f3ticos<\/h3>\n<p>El especialista explic\u00f3 la diferencia entre prebi\u00f3ticos y probi\u00f3ticos: <b>\u201cPrebi\u00f3tico es alimento para las bacterias. Son sustancias de la dieta que no son digeribles y favorecen el desarrollo de bacterias intestinales beneficiosas\u201d<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>Enumer\u00f3 una lista de alimentos recomendados: <b>\u201cAjo, cebolla, esp\u00e1rragos, vegetales de hojas verdes, alcaucil, puerro, papa, batata, arroz, trigo, legumbres, avena, cebada, manzana, naranja, mandarina, ar\u00e1ndano, frambuesa, olivas, miel, frutos secos\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3>Alimentos probi\u00f3ticos<\/h3>\n<p>En cuanto a los probi\u00f3ticos, Rosetti defini\u00f3: \u201cSon los microorganismos que, suministrados en cantidad adecuada, promueven beneficios a la persona. Los alimentos que los contienen ya est\u00e1n fermentados: yogur, quesos duros y fermentados como gouda, Roquefort, cheddar, parmesano, pickles, chucr\u00fa, kimchi, kombucha, k\u00e9fir, miso\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Recalc\u00f3 que el consumo no tiene que ser perfecto: <b>\u201cLo perfecto es enemigo de lo bueno<\/b>. La noci\u00f3n de alimentaci\u00f3n es muy simple: lo que viene de la tierra y, en cuanto a la forma de cocci\u00f3n, como lo hac\u00eda tu mam\u00e1\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Rosetti propuso mirar la verduler\u00eda como una farmacia natural: <b>\u201cVas a una verduler\u00eda, ves tomate, higos, alcaucil, y cada caj\u00f3n podr\u00eda tener la f\u00f3rmula de lo que aporta. Hoy todos tenemos otra mirada sobre la alimentaci\u00f3n. A mis nietos ya los cuidan distinto, es otra cultura\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Insisti\u00f3 en la importancia de adquirir h\u00e1bitos duraderos y no buscar soluciones m\u00e1gicas: \u201cNo hace falta comer k\u00e9fir todos los d\u00edas ni ser militante del fermentado. Si tom\u00e1s yogur y com\u00e9s quesos fermentados, no hace falta chucrut. Yo lo agrego porque me gusta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En el cierre, record\u00f3 que la alimentaci\u00f3n de la microbiota es un proceso constante: \u201cAl jard\u00edn no le tir\u00e1s semillas todos los d\u00edas, pero s\u00ed agua y nutrientes.
