El detenido est\u00e1 acusado por los delitos de homicidio simple con dolo eventual<\/b>, lesiones grav\u00edsimas reiteradas <\/b>y lesiones graves<\/b>, todo en concurso ideal. La causa la lleva adelante el fiscal Mat\u00edas Rappazzo<\/b>, de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n N\u00b07 de Mor\u00f3n, y tiene como v\u00edctimas a Di Paolo<\/b> -quien falleci\u00f3 tras el impacto-, Micaela Ariana Quipildor <\/b>y Milagros Xiomara Barrionuevo Franco<\/b> -ambas sufrieron la amputaci\u00f3n de una pierna- y Mateo Juan Henri<\/b>, quien result\u00f3 con fracturas en ambas piernas. En el expediente, est\u00e1n representados por el abogado Adri\u00e1n Rodr\u00edguez<\/b>.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo al relato del propio Cervantes, el s\u00e1bado previo al hecho<\/b> fue a visitar clientes de su negocio de panificados en diferentes localidades y por la noche estuvo en su casa junto a familiares y amigos. All\u00ed, seg\u00fan afirm\u00f3, unos amigos que trabajan con \u00e9l le ofrecieron marihuana. \u201cHabr\u00e9<\/b> fumado dos o tres pitadas, nada m\u00e1s. Seg\u00fan el imputado, ven\u00eda manejando de manera normal y en un momento se encontr\u00f3 detr\u00e1s de una camioneta Fiat Toro. Asegur\u00f3 que ese veh\u00edculo hizo una maniobra extra\u00f1a, \u201ccomo un zig zag\u201d. \u201cCuando la Fiat Toro se abre y se cierra, el auto que queda adelante m\u00edo frena de golpe. Entonces yo fren\u00e9 y mi auto se puso de costado\u201d, relat\u00f3.<\/p>\n
Y continu\u00f3: \u201cEn el momento en que mi auto ven\u00eda derrapando no escuch\u00e9 ni chillar las ruedas, parec\u00eda que iba arriba de un jab\u00f3n. No escuch\u00e9 pegarle a nada en ese momento. <\/b>S\u00ed escuch\u00e9 el estruendo contra el cami\u00f3n y los gritos de una chica\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 que no circulaba a alta velocidad ni hac\u00eda maniobras evasivas.<\/p>\n

En su declaraci\u00f3n, Cervantes neg\u00f3 haber manipulado sistemas electr\u00f3nicos del auto y afirm\u00f3 que el veh\u00edculo ten\u00eda control de tracci\u00f3n y estabilidad. Tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 una multa de tr\u00e1nsito por exceso de velocidad, aunque aclar\u00f3 que pensaba vender el auto y que no controla las infracciones de los otros veh\u00edculos de su empresa.<\/p>\n
\u201cCon el auto m\u00edo s\u00e9 que ten\u00eda una multa, creo que era de velocidad, porque yo iba a vender el auto y el muchacho pidi\u00f3 mi informe. Los otros veh\u00edculos s\u00ed tienen, porque no tengo forma de controlar a los choferes\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n
