Un incidente inesperado alter\u00f3 la ma\u00f1ana de este mi\u00e9rcoles en el partido de La Matanza<\/b><\/span>. Todo comenz\u00f3 con la llegada de Esteban N., de 35 a\u00f1os<\/b>, al taller de su padre. All\u00ed mantuvo una discusi\u00f3n con el hombre, identificado como Domingo y de 71 a\u00f1os<\/b>. En medio del intercambio verbal, Esteban golpe\u00f3 a su progenitor y se march\u00f3 del taller a bordo de un Citro\u00ebn C4<\/b>. <\/p>\n

La tensi\u00f3n, lejos de disiparse, escal\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente: el mismo veh\u00edculo conducido por Esteban regres\u00f3 al taller de su padre, subi\u00f3 a la vereda y embisti\u00f3 a tres personas <\/b>que se encontraban en el lugar: Domingo era uno de ellos<\/b>.<\/p>\n

El episodio de violencia ocurri\u00f3 en la localidad bonaerense de San Justo<\/b>, en la puerta de un taller de electricidad automotor, ubicado sobre la Avenida Juan Manuel de Rosas al 5100<\/b>. Entre ellas, adem\u00e1s de Domingo, se identific\u00f3 con heridas a un hombre, K.E.F.<\/b>, y a una mujer, M.E.N., con heridas. Esteban N. fue detenido.<\/b><\/p>\n

En las im\u00e1genes del video capturado por una c\u00e1mara de seguridad, y que encabeza la nota, se puede apreciar la escena completa del violento momento. En principio, solamente se ve a un grupo de personas que charlan entre s\u00ed sobre la vereda, frente al taller mencionado.<\/p>\n

En la esquina, se puede ver c\u00f3mo un auto fren\u00f3 en el momento que estaba doblando, decidi\u00f3 hacer marcha atr\u00e1s y se acomod\u00f3 para subirse al cord\u00f3n<\/b>. En ese momento, se meti\u00f3 como en una especie de pasillo provocado por otros coches estacionados y las edificaciones o locales.<\/p>\n

Durante el mismo instante, aceler\u00f3 y encar\u00f3 directamente hacia las seis personas que se encontraban en la vereda, uno era su padre<\/b>. Tres de ellos lograron hacerse a un costado y evitar que los impactara. Sin embargo, otros tres sufrieron diversas lesiones.<\/p>\n

Primero alcanz\u00f3 a golpear en la pierna a un hombre que intentaba esquivarlo y qued\u00f3 en el piso. La segunda v\u00edctima fue impactada de frente con la trompa del auto y provoc\u00f3 que se subiera al cap\u00f3. <\/p>\n

La tercera v\u00edctima tambi\u00e9n intent\u00f3 evadir el coche, pero fue igualmente impactada. Al quedar del lado del conductor, fue el \u00fanico que intent\u00f3 responder y lanz\u00f3 un golpe de pu\u00f1o a trav\u00e9s de la ventana<\/b>.<\/p>\n

La escena requiri\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n inmediata del personal de la Comisar\u00eda San Justo<\/b>, que arrib\u00f3 tras el llamado de auxilio. Pese a lo ocurrido, los tres heridos presentaron lesiones leves<\/b> y recibieron asistencia en el lugar. Ninguno de ellos necesit\u00f3 traslado a un hospital.<\/p>\n

El procedimiento policial incluy\u00f3 la aprehensi\u00f3n de Esteban N.<\/b> por el delito de \u201clesiones culposas\u201d<\/b>, en una causa en la que interviene la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n N\u00b05 del Departamento Judicial de La Matanza<\/b>, a cargo de los fiscales Juan Macerlo Diomede y Mar\u00eda Catalina Ba\u00f1os<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Un hombre fue arrestado en barrio Santa Isabel 1\u00ba Secci\u00f3n<\/b>, en las inmediaciones de C\u00f3rdoba Capital<\/b>, tras un conflicto familiar que deriv\u00f3 en severos da\u00f1os materiales. El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en el cruce de Luis Orione<\/b> y Pinar del R\u00edo<\/b>, donde la Polic\u00eda de C\u00f3rdoba<\/b> intervino luego de recibir una alerta a trav\u00e9s del 911.<\/p>\n

El parte oficial se\u00f1ala que la situaci\u00f3n se desencaden\u00f3 por una pelea entre el detenido y su padre<\/span>, quien figura como due\u00f1o de los veh\u00edculos da\u00f1ados.<\/p>\n

El operativo tuvo lugar durante la tarde, cuando los polic\u00edas llegaron al domicilio indicado y encontraron al sospechoso mostrando una actitud agresiva. En esas circunstancias, los uniformados lo detuvieron y confiscaron un ca\u00f1o de hierro de cerca de 1,20 metros<\/b>, presuntamente utilizado para causar los destrozos.<\/p>\n

Los autos da\u00f1ados fueron dos Fiat Duna<\/b>, un Peugeot 504<\/b> y una Mitsubishi L200<\/b>, todos a nombre del padre del acusado.
