Los pacientes con AIRD se compararon con controles sin AIRD emparejados utilizando un emparejamiento por puntuaci\u00f3n de propensi\u00f3n de vecino m\u00e1s cercano 1:1.<\/p>\n<p>Los investigadores encontraron que el COVID prolongado ocurri\u00f3 en el 2.8 y el 1.5 por ciento de los pacientes con y sin AIRD, respectivamente, en la cohorte emparejada de 187,106 pacientes.
