Las noches de PH, Podemos Hablar<\/b><\/i><\/span> (Telefe) suelen convertirse en un espacio para que distintas figuras del espect\u00e1culo, el periodismo y la televisi\u00f3n compartan experiencias personales<\/span> que no siempre forman parte de sus apariciones p\u00fablicas. En la \u00faltima emisi\u00f3n del ciclo de Andy Kusnetzoff<\/b><\/span>, Luciana Rubinska <\/b><\/span>eligi\u00f3 hablar de una etapa compleja de su vida: su adicci\u00f3n al cigarrillo<\/b>. A coraz\u00f3n abierto, la periodista deportiva cont\u00f3 c\u00f3mo eran sus habitos y cu\u00e1l fue el puntapi\u00e9 que la llev\u00f3 a dejarlo para siempre.<\/p>\n

Durante la conversaci\u00f3n con Andy, Rubinska explic\u00f3 que durante mucho tiempo su rutina estuvo marcada por la necesidad de fumar. \u201cFumaba antes de hacer el programa a la ma\u00f1ana, cuatro puchos, me levantaba y fumaba, desayunaba para fumar y no quer\u00eda hacer vuelos largos en avi\u00f3n por no querer fumar<\/b>\u201d, enumer\u00f3 la periodista. \u201cViv\u00eda con olor a pucho y a m\u00ed no me importaba. Llegu\u00e9 a fumar tres atados por d\u00eda<\/b>\u201d, revel\u00f3 frente a los dem\u00e1s invitados del programa de Telefe.<\/p>\n

\u201cDe lo que estoy m\u00e1s orgullosa en mi vida fue haberlo dejado despu\u00e9s de 20 a\u00f1os. Ni embarazada hab\u00eda dejado <\/b>porque el m\u00e9dico me dijo que era mejor que fume poco a que est\u00e9 sin hacerlo<\/b>\u201d, cont\u00f3 Rubinska. De ese modo, ubic\u00f3 el momento en que logr\u00f3 abandonar esa adicci\u00f3n como uno de los cambios personales que m\u00e1s valora.<\/p>\n

\u201cUn d\u00eda entend\u00ed o me di cuenta de la importancia de la libertad de muchas cosas, sea econ\u00f3mica, de pensamiento, de que era presa de mi adicci\u00f3n. Dije \u2018\u00bfy si lo intento?\u2019<\/b>, le\u00ed un libro que se llama Es f\u00e1cil dejar de fumar<\/i> y despu\u00e9s de 20 a\u00f1os lo dej\u00e9, ya llevo nueve<\/b>\u201d, relat\u00f3 durante la emisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u201cMe desped\u00ed, llor\u00e9, insult\u00e9 y dije \u2018no lo agarro nunca m\u00e1s<\/b>\u2019. Pas\u00e9 a ser una exfumadora y me encanta. Ahora soy casi una mujer <\/b>fit <\/b><\/i>que evangeliza gente<\/b>\u201d, brome\u00f3. La frase provoc\u00f3 risas en el estudio, aunque detr\u00e1s del tono humor\u00edstico tambi\u00e9n apareci\u00f3 la dimensi\u00f3n del cambio que signific\u00f3 para ella cortar con una costumbre que hab\u00eda sostenido durante dos d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n

La maternidad tambi\u00e9n ocup\u00f3 un lugar importante en las experiencias personales que Rubinska comparti\u00f3 en los \u00faltimos meses. En febrero de 2026, durante su paso por el ciclo <\/span>Ellas<\/b><\/i><\/span>, conducido por <\/span>Luli Fern\u00e1ndez<\/b><\/span> en <\/span>Infobae<\/b><\/span>, la periodista habl\u00f3 sobre la crianza de sus mellizos y tambi\u00e9n sobre su adicci\u00f3n a los cigarrillos. \u201cLos primeros a\u00f1os son muy dif\u00edciles porque es todo para dos<\/b>\u201d, admiti\u00f3 al referirse al cansancio, la angustia y la responsabilidad con la que atraves\u00f3 ese per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n

Con el crecimiento de sus hijos, la comunicadora encontr\u00f3 nuevas formas de disfrutar de la crianza. \u201cA los cinco, ya es una fiesta y a esta edad es una cosa alucinante<\/b>\u201d, resumi\u00f3. Actualmente, con 11 a\u00f1os, ambos mantienen una relaci\u00f3n muy cercana, algo que la periodista observa tambi\u00e9n en el \u00e1mbito escolar. \u201cTienen una relaci\u00f3n que hasta emociona al colegio, c\u00f3mo uno defiende al otro, c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n pendientes de que el otro siempre est\u00e9 bien\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo hay que romantizar algunas partes de la maternidad <\/b>donde la verdad es que nos volvemos locas, pero lo vuelvo a elegir y a m\u00ed me completaron la vida\u201d, afirm\u00f3. \u201cIntento que mi conexi\u00f3n sea con ellos. Incentivo mucho el di\u00e1logo<\/b>, a veces lo logro m\u00e1s, a veces menos, pero siempre busco que sepan que mam\u00e1 est\u00e1\u201d, explic\u00f3 la periodista.<\/p>\n

\u201cCuando los chicos se van con el padre, las primeras reacciones de muchas mujeres son: \u2018\u00a1Ay! No te puedo creer, \u00bfy c\u00f3mo vas a hacer?\u2019. En cambio, los hombres te dicen: \u2018Qu\u00e9 bueno, vas a poder descansar un poco\u2019\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3. Frente a esas opiniones, Rubinska sostuvo que lo principal para ella es que sus hijos sepan que pueden recurrir a su madre cuando lo necesiten. \u201cYo les digo: \u2018Ustedes, si necesitan algo, saben que mam\u00e1 est\u00e1. Yo voy a estar<\/b>\u2019\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

En ese mismo relato, record\u00f3 una conversaci\u00f3n reciente que mantuvo con sus hijos a ra\u00edz de una propuesta laboral que pod\u00eda modificar la rutina familiar. Seg\u00fan cont\u00f3, uno de los mellizos le respondi\u00f3: \u201cMir\u00e1 mam\u00e1, si vos est\u00e1s bien, nosotros estamos bien<\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cCuando dej\u00e9 de fumar, con todo lo que lo hac\u00eda y pude lograrlo, dije: \u2018Yo puedo con todo<\/b>. Si pude con esta adicci\u00f3n, puedo con todo\u2019. Ese fue el trampol\u00edn\u201d, confes\u00f3. \u201cAhora estoy aprendiendo a meditar, estoy intentando aprender cosas todos los a\u00f1os.
